Thank you for choosing Hive Pack Hoops! We are excited to have your family as part of our program. The following financial policy is intended to clearly communicate our expectations and help ensure a positive experience for everyone throughout the season.

Program Commitment

Acceptance of a roster spot reserves a place for your player in the Hive Pack Winter Team Program. Because coaching assignments, gym rentals, tournament/league registrations, uniforms, and other program expenses are planned based on accepted enrollments, families are committing to the full program fee upon enrollment.

Payment Options

Families may choose one of the following payment options:

Pay in Full (discounted program fee)
Three Installments (August, October, and January)

The installment option includes an additional fee to offset administrative costs and the extended payment schedule.

Missed Payments

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, Hive Pack will contact the family to arrange payment. We appreciate timely communication if circumstances arise that may affect your payment schedule.

Withdrawals

If a player withdraws from the program after accepting a roster spot, the remaining program fee is generally still owed. Program expenses are committed based on accepted enrollments and cannot typically be reduced after the season begins.

We understand that extraordinary circumstances may occasionally arise. Requests for exceptions will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of Hive Pack Hoops.

Team Placement

Families are enrolling in a Hive Pack Winter Program, not a specific tournament team.

During the first several weeks of the season, players will practice and compete while coaches evaluate each athlete's development and determine the best long-term fit for both the individual player and the program. Roster assignments are intentionally flexible during this process and may change throughout the season as coaches believe doing so will best support player development and team success.

Agreement

By completing enrollment, I acknowledge that:

I have read and understand this Financial Policy.
I understand that my player is accepting a roster spot in the selected Hive Pack Winter Program.
I understand that enrollment represents a commitment to the full program fee, regardless of the payment option selected.
I understand that team assignments are not finalized at the time of enrollment and may change as players develop throughout the season.
